Requests and reservations are accepted via our web page (e-mail or registration form), by telephone or personally at the restaurant. As the reservation would be valid the client needs to pay the advanced payment in the amount of displayed in the calendar. The advanced payments can be effectuated ONLINE/BY CREDIT CARDS or OFFLINE personally at the restaurant. The restaurant reserves the right to make changes of the price according to the planned events. The change of the reservation is possible only in writing. The customer orders the product or products via the electronic order form. Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a customer. All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks, including VAT. The reservation is made electronically, by clicking on a specific product and saving it in the Basket. The reservation is considered complete when the customer chooses and confirms the payment method.
PAYMENT
The reservation is paid online with one of the credit cards: Mastercard or Visa.
CANCELLATION
The reservation is valid from the date the advanced payment. The reservation can be cancelled in writing, by e-mail of by phone, seven days prior the event latest. The restaurant reserves the right to keep the amount paid.
COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
All rights of the publisher and program holder on the recorded and printed work are reserved. The publisher is 4SGS. The customer undertakes not to reproduce, perform, use for radio diffusion and sell the merchant’s products or any part of these products without authorization.
